Overview
Modern retreading is precise, tracked and tested. Every casing gets a unique barcode so it can be followed in real time through a 10-stage process — from bead-to-bead inspection and shearography to buffing, building, curing and final inspection. The result is a dependable tyre at a fraction of the cost of new, with a much smaller footprint.

Frequently asked questions
Are retreads safe?
Yes. Every casing is inspected inside and out — including shearography, which uses lasers to find hidden damage — before it's accepted. Damaged casings are rejected.
How much can we save?
Retreads typically cost far less than a comparable new tyre and can be retreaded more than once, so the savings compound across a fleet.
