Retreads that go again.

Dependable, easier on your budget and better for the environment. Every casing gets its own barcode and is tracked in real time through ten precise stages in our own manufacturing plants.

How retreading works

01Initial inspectionA visual, hands-on check from bead to bead, inside and out, to find and mark visible injuries.
02Electrical inspectionLooking “through the tyre” in the crown and sidewall to find damage the eye can't see.
03ShearographyUnder vacuum, lasers measure surface anomalies to reveal the condition inside the casing.
04BuffingThe casing is inflated to shape, the worn tread removed and the surface trued for new tread.
05RepairDamage found at inspection is removed and repaired, returning the casing to useful life.
06Applying cushionAn uncured bonding layer is extruded onto the casing and every skive is filled.
07BuildingNew tread is applied automatically — dead straight and perfectly centred.
08EnvelopingThe assembled tyre is sealed in an elastic envelope, ready for curing.
09CuringThe curing chamber bonds the new tread permanently to the casing.
10Final inspectionA final hands-on inspection to make sure every tyre meets spec.
